Church Council Meeting

Our quarterly meeting of the church council will occur immediately following the worship service on April 12. In addition to the regular business of the church, a training regarding our Safe Sanctuary policy will be presented. All council members and church staff are encouraged to be present, but, as always, any member of the congregation is welcome to attend. A light lunch will be served.

All women of the church are invited to the regular monthly meeting of the United Women in Faith. Come join us in the fellowship hall for a time of spiritual growth and fellowship.

Men’s Outing

The men of the church are invited to a “brats and burgers” cookout at the Wyatt’s farm on Thursday, April 16. Meet at the church to carpool at 4:00 p.m.

Sunday, April 19

UMCOR SUNDAY

This UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) special offering supports the administrative work the disaster relief effort of our worldwide church. Without the organizational support, relief work would not be possible. Supporting the administrative work now allows 100% of funds collected for specific disasters
to go directly to the people in need. Envelopes for this offering will be available at the special display by the pastor’s office.

Sunday, April 19

Room in the Inn

Volunteer to serve the unhoused men who arrive at our church for Room in the Inn. Help is needed to prepare and serve dinner on Sunday evening. You can also help by providing needed food items for dinner and breakfast on the following morning. Check the list on the Communications Desk to sign up.
